The Gracellie Hotel was a charming place with beautiful decor that had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were tastefully decorated and created a relaxing environment. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable during my stay.
It would have been even better if the hotel had more assistance available for senior guests. While the staff were lovely, it would have been helpful to have additional support tailored specifically for older individuals.
